In 2003, Pure Brand Communications was formed based on the idea that agencies needed to fundamentally change to respond to rapidly changing media environments and diverse client needs. We named the company Pure to reflect a vision for our organization as well as the communication we imagined creating for future clients. Pure is stripped of the artifice that permeates the advertising industry. Our plywood workstations are employee-built but the hardware and software atop them is second to none.
We invest in people and technology. Period. Everything else is nothing more than overhead. This structure gives our clients access to the talent and experience of a large agency, but with the attention of a small one.
Simply, our culture values efficiency over bloat, individual contribution over bureaucracy, and ideas over technique. We call it “big brains, small machine.”
